News 2 - The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Article 36 of the Law "On Compulsory State Pension Insurance" (re the social Protection of Children that are studying in the Estates of the State Compulsory Secondary Education because of the loss of the Wage-Earner) - Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Article 36 of the Law "On Compulsory State Pension Insurance" (re the social Protection of Children that are studying in the Estates of the State Compulsory Secondary Education because of the loss of the Wage-Earner)

The Law envisages the amendments to the effective Law that presuppose the including to the incapacitated members of the family of children that are studying on the day form of education in compulsory educational institutions of the secondary education and trade-technical higher educational institutions.

The Law comes into force from the moment of publication.

The corresponding Bill s registered under №2597.
